A typical class

includes a
Flowing (vinyasa) sequence – to raise the heart rate, strengthen the body and mobilise the spine
Variety of poses - to increase overall flexibility, general health and improve posture, plus strengthen the core and target certain areas
‘Yin’ style pose or poses - to calm the mind, increase range of movement and improve concentration

Classes are designed to be varied with different emphases each week, working towards increasing our well being and greater understanding of our bodies and minds. Classes are small and friendly.

Being low impact, yoga lends itself well to those who don’t exercise regularly.
